Bibi Bachus Smith, of Plains, Montana, passed away on the Lord's Day, August 2, 2026.

Bibi was born in British Guyana on February 8, 1935. She worked in many countries as a secertary, for many companies. Sh emostly traveled with her father because he was a enginer in sugar companies, his name was Raul Bachus. Bibi had many relatives in Florida, Jamacia and the Carribean. She and I always had many colorful beads on our entrance to our bedrooms.

Bibi and Larry met at her cousins home in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were married 5 days later in Las Vegas on August 28, 1982. It would have been 44 years last month.

Bibi is survived by her husband, Larry; her sister Caddie; brother in law Francis Ragbin in Trinadad and niece Francis; and other family members; Raymond Singh of Arizona, Shaida of Florida, Robert Appiah of Las Vegas, and relatives in Canada.

She will be missed by everyone.

A memorial service will be held on October 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Church on the Move in Plains Montana. A graveside servicewill follow for family only at Plains Cemetery.
