David Wayne Wagner, 57, resident of Plains, Montana went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 19th. He was born July 17th, 1958 in Austin, Texas where he grew up. He later graduated from Manor High School. After graduating he established a long and successful career as an equipment operator. In 1996 David started his own construction business called Bear Excavation where he thrived as a business owner. David was an avid outdoorsman where you rarely saw him without his hunting rifle or fishing pole. After many years of success David discovered the great state of Montana where he would eventually move but was always a Texan at heart. David is preceded in death by his parents Bobby and Viress Wagner. He is survived by his spouse Grace Wagner, daughter, Sheri Southerland and husband Aaron, grandchildren Marcus and Penelope Southerland, sister, Trina Stanley, brother, Darrell Wagner and wife Melissa along with several nephews and nieces. Services will be held at 1pm Friday March 25th at the Plains Bible Chapel, officiated by Rich Culbertson. Arrangements under the direction of Sunset Hills Funeral Home.
