Eric Robert Kaharl

Eric Robert Kaharl, 55, entered into heaven on July 23, 2017 with his family at his side. A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 29 at 10:30 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, with light refreshments to follow. Eric was born and raised in Killingworth, CT on September 17, 1961. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy, studied and later taught diesel mechanics until he was injured and later discharged from the service. He was an HVAC technician and after his move to Thompson Falls, began his lifelong dream of farming. He is survived by two sons, Daniel (Dan) and John, his mother Brenda and step-father Edwin Archambault of Arizona, a sister, brother-in-law, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 2 great-nieces, and 3 step-siblings. He is also survived by his dear friend Loretta Methgen. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Kaharl of Killingworth, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Shepherd of the Valley LCMS, Thompson Falls, MT.
