Sandy Renee Goodwin, age 51, passed away peacefully at her home in Plains, MT on February 7, 2016 after battling cancer for 13 years. She was surrounded by her family and much love.

Sandy was born to Dee Jones and Ruth Jones Casey on November 29, 1964 in Nashville, TN. She met and married her husband, John Goodwin, in Hamilton, MT where they were married on February 18, 1984.

Sandy enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, her flower gardens, hummingbirds, and iced tea. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her family.

Sandy was a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister, and an aunt. She is preceded in death by her father, Dee Jones. She is survived by her husband, John Goodwin, her daughters Rachel Goodwin, Chelcy Rodriguez, Julie Goodwin, her sons Wesley Goodwin, Cole Goodwin, Logan Goodwin, 8 grandchildren, her mother, Ruth Casey, her sisters Debbie Pilmer, Cheryl Goodwin, her brothers Rocky Jones, Rusty Jones, as well as many nephews and nieces.

Her kind and loving spirit lives on in the hearts of her family. To be attended by family and close friends, a private service will be held on February 20, 2016 in Victor, MT.
