Stanley Earl Eggleston

Stanley Earl Eggleston Stan Eggleston, 63, of Trout Creek, MT passed away at his home on Feb. 28, 2017. Stan was born in Riverside, CA to Clinton and Joyce ( Van De Walle) Eggleston on July 19, 1953. He was raised on a farm west of Huron, SD and graduated from Wolsey in 1972. He worked for the railroad in Huron before transferring to Rapid City, SD and again transferring to Missoula MT where he retired from the railroad in 2006 and moved to Trout Creek, MT. From his first marriage two beautiful daughters were born. Misty and Olivia. Stan was an avid outdoorsman. He loved driving the mountains of MT, hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with his girls. He was a member of the snowmobile Club and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Survivors include his of wife of 24 years, Tammy ( Patterson) Eggleston, 101 Gold Nugget Rd, Missoula, MT 59802. Two daughters, Misty Eggleston, Bozeman, MT, and Livvy Eggleston, Missoula, MT. Two grand children, Johnathan, and Jessica. Mother, Joyce Eggleston, Rapid City ,SD, Sister Cindy (Mike) Maier, Rapid City SD, brothers Randy and Danny, both of Huron, SD, in-laws, Randy, Ron, and Theresa, and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Clinton. Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
