Kathryn Rene Bell

Kathy passed away on July 20th, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones who will always keep her memory alive and cherish the time they had with her.

Kathryn was born to James and Loretta Turney on August 19th, 1960. She was the youngest of two children.

In 1981 she met Ron Bell, the love of her life, at the Fresno County Fair. The two were inseparable from then on.

A year after they were married, she gave birth to her daughter, the first of three children, followed by twin boys 5 years later. Kathryn loved being a mother. It was all she wanted in life, and she was the best mother her kids could have asked for. If you knew Kathryn, you knew her entire life was dedicated to her family.

Later in life she discovered her passion for baking. She had an unbelievable talent that few people could compare to. After mastering cakes, she started decorating cookies which became her most popular treat.

The smile and positive outlook she always had during her challenging journey was truly inspiring. She will be remembered for her bravery, strength and big heart. She will be forever missed. Until we meet again.

Kathryn is survived be her husband (Ron Bell), three children (Sara Bell, Matthew Bell and Jacob Bell), parents (James and Loretta Turney), brother (Will Turney), daughter in laws (Cassidy Beall and Rachael Bell), and granddaughter (Georgia Bell).

Services will be held at First Church of God, 833 N Blackstone St. Tulare, CA. 93274 on Saturday August 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
